I think it's legal to photocopy entire stories for an educational
context.  That falls under fair use.  Can't use the same thing more
than three years or something like that, I think, and if you charge
for the photocopies that's a problem too.  Kinkos got into a lot of
trouble over that some time back.

The guy wasn't talking about staging a play, though, just a public
reading of the story.  I'm curious if that falls under fair use too,
especially if he doesn't charge admission.
