inverted forest vs. hapworth.  one of these is an ordinary story.  the
other is not an ordinary story.  how do i know that hapworth is not the
ordinary story?  easy.  check out the feather it's holding onto.
 
it's a curlew sandpiper's.
 
i liked the "inverted forest" poem.  in fact, it's what made me
contacted s. about where seymour's 184 poems are.  he said it may be a
couple weeks before he can send them on to me.  they are in an elephant
trunk somewheres...

Come on Mike, only you can believe that that fat, stumpy legged, small
eared, ropy tailed Hapworth can fly.  If you believe that, then how can
you deny Jerome's skills when he stands trees on their heads?Daniel say
