[Bananafish] Two of two wrong things in the Glass world

It's possible the story is taking place Friday, March 19 since Seymour
and Muriel arrived at the hotel Wednesday early.
 
On Friday, Muriel tells her mother she tried to call last night (Thurs,
Mar 18) and the night before (Wed, Mar 17).
 
How can it be Thursday, March 18, Muriel tried to call her mother from
the hotel last night and the night before, if they had just arrived
yesterday morning?
 
It's possible that she tried calling her mother from elsewhere on
Tuesday, March 16, then they arrived Wed March 17 early and Muriel
finally got through from the hotel on Thursday, March 18...
 
So, in 1957, Zooey, in 1955, is reading a letter from Buddy written
March 18, 1951, the 3rd anniversary of Seymour's death, March 18, 1948.
 
Fricken awesome.  Anyways, I'm going with Seymour's real death date as
March 18, 1948.  Glad we have THAT covered!
