I think probably not as well. I think he tried to hide the Jewish side, even
in his name (Jerome David). Plus, he embraced Eastern religions in his
writings openly, not the Old Testement. Plus, there was an awful lot of
Anti-Semitism in the world during his formative years and surely in the USA
in the 40s and 50s. Just my take.
