Oddly, most of these sources are blithely, magnanimously citation- 
free, offering up facts in the goodly spirit of a tale well told.  I  
note with glee the absence of any formatting whatsoever for titles in  
the morrill.org piece, cited in the everything2.com piece, together  
with some non-stylistically-excusable split infinitives and an  
absolutely chummy use of the royal "we."

And no citation for the dig at Ursinus, which dig surely has its  
roots in Ian Hamilton's books (cited by morrill.org, though  
apparently following amazon.com style).
