Poor, poor, no vow of poverty, Brown, Jim does not even rate him as a
two bit author.  A dime comes to what?  2/5 of two bits, not even a
whole bit.  The Matrix franchise was much more creative with this
material.  Cotton candy, sugar whipped into sweet wisps of air.  Place
in mouth swallow, hey it disappears like magic, pretty cool trick.  This
treat cost mike only a few eye hairs, kinda' like the required body
parts to activate a voodoo doll.

For living, actually still writing and publishing authors, I would go
with Mark Helprin, his short stuff.  Not all of it is high yield
portfolio stuff but there are enough gems to sock away for the future.

I couldn't even make list of contenders.  Come on people throw a few
pennies in the fountain.
