[Bananafish] Biblical scholarship/Define "define"/Fiction

Gad, you read Freud and Jung and take that crap seriously? :)
No wonder you like Dan Brown.
You believed Chariot of the Gods when you read it too, didn't you? :)
C.S. Lewis never claimed to be a theologian. He was a lay person and
said so. He is hardly the west's "premier theologian" -- just the
most likely lay person to be mistaken for a theologian.
But you don't need Lewis to know about possible source material for
the creation, flood, and Babel accounts in Genesis. You just need to
pick up even conservative Biblical commentaries for discussion of
possible source material -- written by real theologians. This is a
fundamentally inconsequential observation.
