[Bananafish] speaking up and naming babies

Howdy Polly, Cecilia et al.,
It was the same for me. I think it was many many months before I posted to the
list and I think that was only after I received encouragement from Tim after a
note I sent to him off-list. So welcome to the list Polly.
On the topic of naming babies. One of my professors here just had a little
girl. She was asking for suggestions for names at her shower and I propsed
Frances (Franny). It seems there was also some family history with the name
and the little girl is named Cecilia Frances. I thought it was a brilliant
combination!
