[Bananafish] Poetic Life living and dying your aesthetic

There was an ancient Chinese poet named Li Po who died
(unintentionally?)  one evening while drifting in a boat on a lake.  The
moon's image enchanted him so he leaned over to kiss it's reflection in
the water and fell out of the boat and drowned.   This may shed light on
an American Buddhist/Hindu poet who married an all American girl
traveled to a vacation hot spot Mecca and ran into a  bullet from a well
crafted Western European mechanical device... maybe not.
