That is interesting Bijan.  I am Sephardic and amongst us from the same
mother and father often siblings are born who strongly resemble each
other aside from the fact of one being fair and the other swarthy.  My
brother and I are such a pair.  He is very dark with curly hair and
favors my father in features and build who was fair relatively speaking
and I am fair and with straight hair favoring in features and build my
swarthy mother's side.  This is quite common among the Sephardim.
