Pullman the anti-lewis about says it, 'cause Lewis he ain't. I could
never appreciate his stuff, it seems the best stuff is saying what you
can-not not say, Pullman has seemed to be what you see when your turn
off the lights so anti-Lewis is a superlative name, Pull man is the
smile that is left when the cat fades away, not a smile of delight or
mirth or self-satisfaction more like the grimace of relief when passing
long held gas.

I'm working on my masters thesis right now so not too much pleasure
reading is
happening at the moment. However, I'm rereading Phillip Pullman's His
Dark
Materials trilogy. I've heard him called the anti-Lewis. Any thoughts
on
that?
Swimmingly,
Amber
