[Bananafish] J. D. Salinger, dies at age 89

Perhaps the most ironic death Salinger could suffer would be to die on
April 1st in a blaze of fire with all the manuscripts he's been
writing for the last 40 years.  All that would remain is his middle
finger on top of a pile of ashes.
