wwiii, the expanded ironic edition.

wwiii.  salinger's in a foxhole and suddenly there's his son matt in a
strange futuristic suit across from him.  he tells salinger that he's a
soldier from the future, and he'd been drafted during wwiv.  only he
couldn't get in the first time due to a genetic heart murmur.  matt thanked
his dad sarcastically, then, in order to not have to fight in wwiv, he took
out an ortgies calibre 7.65 automatic from his father's holster. he released
the magazine, looked at it, then reinserted it. he cocked the piece. then he
went over and sat down next to his old man, looked at the dirt, aimed the
pistol, and fired a bullet through his right temple.
